Privacy notice

Last updated October 2026

ZipCodeComps is run by Thomas Buscemi, REALTOR-ASSOCIATE®, of Keller Williams Preferred Properties, 782 Route 9, Bayville, NJ 08721. This notice explains what the site collects and what happens to it.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form. For the monthly email: your email address. For a pricing review: your name, email address and property address, plus your phone number, timeframe and message if you add them. Each form also records the page it was sent from.

How we use it

To answer your request, and, if you signed up, to send the monthly Ocean County Market Pulse email. We don't sell or rent your information.

Where it is kept

Form entries are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and are emailed to Thomas Buscemi.

Unsubscribing and deleting your information

Every monthly email includes a way to unsubscribe. To be removed, or to have your information deleted, email tombuscemi@kw.com or call Cell 609-674-8899.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The map and chart code loads from jsDelivr, a public code-delivery network, which sees your internet address the way any website you visit does. Netlify keeps standard server logs.

The figures on this site
